At M-TEK (Assembly) Ltd we take your privacy very seriously. This document sets out the rules we follow regarding how we use any personal information we collect/hold about you and your rights to access the personal information we hold.

When someone visits www.mtek.co.uk we use a third party service, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow our third party services to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We do not store or record cookies on our website. If this changes in the future, we will let our users know.

 

Your personal information may be processed by us or our service providers outside the European Economic Area in countries that don’t have the same standards of protection for personal information as the UK.

 

If your personal information is processed outside the European Economic Area we will ensure that your personal information will be adequately protected as required by data protection law. However, the only information we share would be in the form of drawings or specifications supplied by you. We use PayPal to process credit card payments. Your personal information and credit card details will be processed on our behalf by PayPAl. We will ensure that your personal information will be adequately protected as required by data protection law.

How long do we keep your information for?

If you apply for a job vacancy (or otherwise send us your CV) we will retain your CV for a period of 6 months. If we are considering you for a particular role we may retain this information for longer than that period.

The first copy of your information that you request from us will be provided free of charge. If you require further copies we may charge an administration fee to cover our costs.
